Request deletion by email
Email support@tryrestock.com with the subject Restock account deletion request. Send it from the email associated with your Restock account and tell us you want your account and associated data deleted.
If you cannot access that email, contact the same support address and explain this. We will help verify account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or identity documents in your initial request.
You can also use our support form. Choose Account or login as the topic and write that you want your Restock account deleted.
Delete from the app
Open Restock, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
What is deleted
Successful deletion removes your Restock account, owned lists and associated items, memberships, authored chat messages, known account and list photos, account-linked database diagnostics, authored group activity and relevant recovery snapshots. It also initiates erasure of linked optional analytics records. If you own a group, its deletion can affect other members. Export anything you want to keep first.
What may be retained
Support-form records expire after 180 days. Support correspondence may be retained while needed to resolve requests, disputes, abuse or legal obligations. Subscription providers may retain transaction records for billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Backups and infrastructure logs follow their operational rotation. Copies independently retained by other people may remain. See our privacy policy for details.
Manage your subscription separately
Deleting your Restock account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it through the store where you purchased it: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
