Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Restock, operated by KOVA LABS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202621376C). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Service description

Restock helps you track household purchases, schedule restock reminders, and review spending insights. Predictions and spending forecasts are estimates only and may be inaccurate.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Free and Pro plans

Restock offers a free plan with up to 100 items per personal list and up to 3 personal lists. Restock Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features including up to 1000 items per list, up to 10 personal lists, and shared group lists. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

Pro users can generate links containing a temporary snapshot of selected list data. Anyone with the link can view the shared items until the link expires. Shared links expire after 72 hours. Do not share sensitive personal information through shared lists.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Restock, interfere with the service, access other users' data, scrape the app, submit malicious files, or use Restock for unlawful activity.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Restock. By using features such as profile photos and shared lists, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.

You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, misleading, impersonating, or non-consensual. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability

Restock requires an internet connection. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app settings. Account deletion permanently removes associated app data and cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of liability

Restock is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed reminders, inaccurate predictions, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Restock in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Restock after changes means you accept the updated terms.
