These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Restock mobile application ("the App"), operated by Kova Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Restock helps you track household items and reminds you when it's time to repurchase them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
To use Restock, you need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Restock. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

We strive to keep Restock available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Restock may send push notifications to remind you about items that need restocking. You can control notification preferences within the App or through your device settings.
Restock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova Labs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
